Alexis Tai has worked on several projects over the course of a 5yr span on her own, often being hired for her graphical talents, she took this time to build professional bonds and learn what it takes to be one of the best.

Alexis is a NJ native, also having lived in NY as well as PA. She dubs herself the “Not so TYPICAL” Publicist. She has also held positions working for sexherald.com as a reviewer, as well as doing freelance for various artists in the industry.  She also has been published by the Newark Star-Ledger, as well as poetry.com.   Child of a former JC Penny Ad Exec and Sister to a highly awarded Chef and Military man who also doubled from the 80ties until recently as a nightlife DJ.

She is the “Go To” person to know if it’s hot or not. With researching from many contacts as well as hitting the streets and getting the information ; she can handle a regular publicist's nightmare.  She also does her own radio show via blogtalkradio.com where she uses that platform to expose other to the un-signed struggling artists. She also does nightlife reviews for everyone looking for a hot spot she is the one to ask.  Alexis was working in the heat of the industry from a young age and has gained the knowledge and the following to strike out on her own , henceforth the birth of Blue Orchid PR.

Ms. Riapos has over 15 years of administrative experience supporting the likes of presidents, CEOs, vice presidents, and directors by maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, fielding client calls; proofreading and formatting proposals, reports, and various correspondences.

Ms. Riapos’ areas of expertise include the following:

  • Creating, formatting and proofing PowerPoint presentations, reports and various correspondence.
  • Building/maintaining client relationships.
  • Making travel arrangements, preparing materials, and performing research.
  • Negotiating with vendors to ensure cost conscious budgeting/purchasing.
Ms. Riapos holds a certificate from Katharine Gibbs School in Medical Executive Assistance, graduated with honors and has worked for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies throughout her career.
