Lex and the Citi Radio
The Concept was originally to use this for my demo tape to pitch to the local radio stations in the area, what I got in return was so much more. I have now decided to keep the station as my platform to assist in my promoting and marketing of clients, but also do radio my way. Unrestricted!
Lex and the Citi Blog - This was an expansion to the current Lex and the citi brand. At this blog I talk about current affairs as it affects the everyday man and woman. So many blogs and sites focus on a specific category of people. I however address all. Give product reviews, venue reviews and also share bits of my life along the way.

David Chen
David Chen is an American actor, writer and stuntman. David was born April 26th 1980 in Newark, NJ. David is of mixed heritage sharing, Samoan, African American and Chinese ancestry. He began studying martial arts at the tender age 5 and continued his advancement through the years.
At age 14 David joined the Drama Guild at St. Benedicts Prep in Newark NJ while also on the wrestling team at St. Benedicts. During his time on the Drama Guild David worked as the fight choreographer and set designer.
At age 17 David decided to take his acting career more seriously. He got the opportunity to be an extra in Wes Cravens, Music of the Heart. While working on Music of the Heart someone from the production team gave David a larger role but the scene was edited out. Through the years David Chen has also done extra work for Spider Man 2 & 3, Shaft (2000), War of the Worlds and I am Legend. David Chen has set his life goal to be the next if not the only “Samoan Action Star”.
In 2007 David was cast in the Indie upcoming action movie Fight the Panda Syndicate. David Chen plays a Brazilian Agent named Diego De Castillo’s. In movie David got to show his martial arts talents as well as acting. His excellent work in this film got him the lead in the 2011 sequel that’s in works. Other Indie films he’s worked on include Hot Baby and Last Call.
In 2009 David Chen wrote his first screenplay call Love Don’t Love Me and started his own film production company called Talofa Films under which the film "Love Don’t Love Me" is being produced. David stars in this romantic comedy as Danny, a Guidance counselor with relationship problems. David plans with Talofa Films, to bring entertainment back to the forefront but with a twist of Samoan.

By night she is an author who plans on releasing her next novel, Life on Delilah in August 2009. Make Blog Not War is her favorite personal project because she is able to communicate the lessons she has learned as well as those that she has taught through mistakes, missteps, and reinvention.

The TheCubicleChick.com - began in August 2009 and it was created to focus on working mothers (stay at home and out of the home) who are also juggling family, relationships, friendships, etc. The Cubicle Chick embodies independence, confidence, style, pizazz, and has a giving heart, while being fabulous doing so. As an independent mother of two myself, Danyelle Little learned a thing or two when it comes to getting the most out of life! Beauty and fashion as well as workplace etiquette and do’s and dont’s are my forte, and She will share her knowledge with her readers. I also try new looks in terms of make-up trends and I am open to critique from my readers whom I call Cubicle Chicks.

Chandlar -Born into a musical family and raised on Chicago’s West Side CHANDLAR made the bold move to New York City to pursue his passion for music. CHANDLAR released his debut Strong Emotions in 2004 with the idea of making his presence official in the recording and entertainment industry.
Since the release of Strong Emotions, CHANDLAR has continued to perform across the country opening for acts like Jaheim, R. Kelly and Missy Elliott.
In 2006 CHANDLAR was introduced to Terrance Hannah, a songwriter / Artist development Manager who needed someone to demo his songs. After recording several records for placement consideration, the two decided to formally work together as Artist and Manager.
CHANDLAR became a Q25Music Group / Quarter Management Artist in 2007 and the first Artist on the Q25Music Group Artist roster. In 2008, Q25Music Group released
CHANDLAR – Finally Got My Swagga Back with the first single “Never Thought”.
The record “Never Thought ” was introduced to Music Choice radio in May, 2008 and has been on the Music Choice R&B soul charts ever since, peaking at #25 and getting approximately 20 or more spins a week. CHANDLAR has had the opportunity to have his music played on XM Sattlelite radio and performed live on Power 99 / WUSL, in Philadelphia. . “Never Thought” was added to Singersroom.com and in two months over 32,000 had listened to the record. “Never Thought” has been added to our knowledge to 4 radio stations playlist. “Never Thought” is getting consideration for movie and television placements.
CHANDLAR recorded vocal references for 50Cent. CHANDLAR recently recorded a 60sec. spot highlighting his talent on “Spit Your Game” to be aired on BET new Hip Hop video show The Deal. CHANDLAR has recorded radio drops and hosted mix Cds for the Djs who have supported the record in their markets ( Philly / Dj Kam, S.Florida / Dj Dimples, NY/Dj Gold Finger, France ,UK/ Dj Lex , Dj Pooh Heff / Houston). “Never Thought” was mentioned in the Hip Hop Weekly Magazine (Issue 14, Vol.3) in the Record Breakers Top 5 Dj picks. CHANDLAR performed live for the Obama campaign after party in New York.
CHANDLAR has performed the national anthem at local sporting events, as well as radio driven concerts with KISS FM in New York. CHANDLAR participated as the opening act for R&B head liner Bilal at the 2008 Southward African American Day Festival in Newark New Jersey on the BET Sound stage sponsored by BET and Coors Beverage Company.
